The house was larger than we expected with huge garden (including a games cottage which included a ping pong table). The host was very responsive and helpful. Checkin was easy. And by car it was easy to reach nearby locations, such as lake Tekapo."

Beautiful place to stay, small cabin good enough for a couple, basic stuff provided, just make sure to read the instructions before using the toilet! Lou our host was friendly and very helpful with no running water when we arrived. Around 22km drive from Lake Tekapo. If quite and farm stays you after, this is the perfect place."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has everything needed and is very nicely decorated and well-kept, clean and comfortable. The road noise from early morning traffic may not be to the liking of some, but reminds us of wake up time. The host was very helpful to make sure we knew how to use the very modern induction hob and oven. The people we met were a delight, very friendly and helpful. It was an ideal spot to drive around the vicinity and tour."
