"Apartment was excellent really convenient location. Tram stop right outside, 24/7 supermarket in the building. Only negative was Luggage storage room was not labelled but some other tourists told showed us that the code worked on a “staff only” room next to main entrance which was the luggage room, otherwise we would not have found it. Had to contact Bob W to get check in ref as hotels.com ref did not work, however communication was prompt and advance check in easy."

"An overall fantastic stay. 2 drawbacks. 1. I was sent instructions by the hotel while l was on the airplane. Then l didn't know anything was sent. They should send entry instructions right after you confirm your identity. I confirmed my identity the day before. 2. I had no idea that this was a no contact, self service hotel. I didn't see it on the booking form. If this is stated on the link they provided, the information was in Finnish. Maybe there are ways to know if it is contactless...

"Great location. Very quite. Simple room, good to sleep. The reason I am not giving it a higher rating is because the bathroom stank of sewer. Might have been one of the drains (p-trap not filled anymore?), as the bathroom itself was very clean, but this should have been caught by maintenance. "

And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. "There were no free parking spaces when we arrived. I booked this property mainly because it included parking. Apartment on topp floor with no elevator is not convenient for travellers with heavy cases. Early morning noise from trains kept waking us up."
