"We arrived in Hallstatt around 3pm and found a parking spot in P1. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the VRBO. There is a shuttle available, but I cannot comment on that. "It’s a nice cabin with 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds sufficient for five children/teenagers) surrounded by other similar cabins with wonderful views. There is a beautiful terrace facing the mountains. Ideal for hiking in summer. Even though the area may seem a bit crowded (quite a few cabins located on the slope), it is well designed and tenants do not disturb each other. The communal pool for residents is certainly a plus.
