"Had a quick, lovely stay for one night in Hallstatt. The hotel is very quiet and secluded, with a beautiful view of the lake. Roshni, our host, was wonderful and was able to answer all our questions and arranged storage for our luggage."

"Very easy check in. Really nice apartment with a nice common area and great play room for our baby. We were able to make our own key card which was fun! Laundry is free and they have a dryer! Complete with all the kitchen needs to make a homemade meal. Grocery store about 3 mins away with extensive variety of groceries. Customer service replied to my questions very quickly and no hassle check out. Very close to the train station and just a few minutes away from Hallstatt. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"During my stay at Obertraun. I broke my right elbow. I asked for help at the reception next morning, the lady (I am sorry that I didn’t ask her name at the moment) gave me a very professional first aid, an iced board and bandages to hold my arm and restrained it to movement and also pain killers. Then I was able to travel to Salzburg safely and got X-rays checked and plastered at the Salzburg hospital. Here I would like to express my great gratitude to her."

"This property was the perfect place to stay in beautiful Rothenburg ob de Taube! It's rustic and history rich decor felt warm and inviting the moment we stepped in. Our room was beautifully decorated and the terrace had a stunning view of the surrounding area. We even had a stork nest on the rooftop nextdoor! The room was clean, very comfortable, spacious, bed was cozy and bathroom big. The breakfast was also very delicious. We can't wait to come back!!"

"Chose this hotel as it was nearby someone we were visiting. Don’t think there was much around the hotel itself, so you may want to consider renting a car to get around. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The room did not have a fridge, which would have been nice for keeping drinks and smaller items. Overall we had a great stay though. We ate at the restaurant for their sushi and burger night, they had vegetarian options for both - and both the meat and veg burgers were delicious."

"The two girls that helped me out were extremely helpful and kind. One was a bit newer, the other had been there a while. They went out of their way to let me in the gym until they closed, as well as helped me out with tea, and recommendation. I didn’t have wifi in my room and they did their best to get the wifi situated in a way that helped me. I didn’t end up getting better signal, but it was the effort on their part that showed me they were willing to go above and beyond. Close trip to Hallstatt, and Bad Ischl itself was beautiful. Wish there were more open food options but if you look hard enough or ask for recommendations you can find a couple good ones. Great location right by the water, restaurant had a fantastic steak, and breakfast buffet was also very good. Will return one day."
