"They still wanted to sell me they place, and they had too many marketing gimmicks. Pretended to give us a complementary night but it was outside of our booking spot (before we were scheduled to arrive) No housekeeping or any services and wants to charge you for anything extra. Condo is otherwise decent and peaceful, nice pool especially for little ones."

"We were originally drawn to the "Walkable to Anini Beach Trailhead" title, but quickly found we were fooled. While it is technically "walkable" at 0.5 miles, we were highly encouraged by the concierge NOT to use this trail to access the beach as it was unsafe and no longer recommended by any of the area hotels/complexes. For reference, the closest other beach (as recommended by management) was about an hour walk and includes 200 stairs. Pool was lovely. We have 2 small children, so perhaps you...

Our biggest surprise was that there was no A/C in our room. There were fans provided for air flow, but the unit definitely needs to have A/C. "
