"We enjoyed staying at this house while in town for a family wedding. The house was clean and recently renovated. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were provided. Be aware there are no young child items. We brought our own baby gate for the stairs and plastic cups and dishwater. Plenty of nice cooking tools in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Very cute ranch in a lovely neighborhood. Good location for access to area sites like Hammonasset Beach, Chamard Vineyard, and the Water's Edge. Not truly a "water's view", but the house had all the amenities needed for a fun stay! "

"We had an absolute fantastic time staying at this place. My son was got married at the Beech Tree Cottages (also was the perfect wedding venue) in Madison, Ct. about 15 minutes from the house which worked out perfectly for staying here. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Chase was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. "Our second stay at the cottage. We spent a long weekend and the weather cooperated. The house is quite quirky, but has a really pleasant feel at home vibe. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen could use some updates, but was sufficient. (still need a new can opener) The porch overlooking the Sound is magical. Nice neighborhood. If you have one...bring a golf cart! "Watching the changes of light over the Long Island Sound and birds diving and surfing, and hearing the waves all the time: a recipe for deep relaxation. Walking the beach just down a short stairway from the house is lovely. The house is comfy and super clean. Neighborhood very friendly. Close to restaurants, Hammonasset State Park. "
