"The staff were excellent, polite, friendly and efficient. The room was very very good - good standard of fittings, bed extremely comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. In a fantastic location with astonishing views out over the city and "easy" access to the castle and cathedral - I say "easy" because although it's a short distance to them, Lincoln is a very hilly place! All in all, a brilliant stay."

"What I particularly liked and the primary reason I booked a stay at this B&B was the proximity to the village of Spridlington. A 3 mile country road walk to the church where some of My ancestors are buried. The bonus was how welcoming the hosts were providing a hardy breakfast each morning and friendly chats. The en suite room was very comfortable and quiet."

"I booked this room for my three sons (all in their 20's) for a University of Lincoln Graduation. The room was very clean and comfortable and what I expected for the very reasonable price that was charged which also included breakfast. The bed linen and towels were nice and fresh. The shower room was shared between several rooms but was always available when my sons went to use it. The owner is very friendly and helpful and allowed me to pay on checkout which is rare nowadays. "

"I had read a few reviews of The Dower House Apartments so I was expecting a lovely stay but none of those comments did the apartments justice. In short, the Dower House Apartments are perfect.
