"Stayed 6 nights. Convenient location, easy access to Amsterdam Central via tram line 14 which was a 2min walk away (Artis). Tram line 1 was also easily accessible. Albert Heign supermarket was a 5 min walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities all in working condition. Mikael checked us in and was very helpful with assistance/queries and booking transport to the airport. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended."

"Great location, just what we needed. Host was easy to communicate with. We only ate breakfast in, but the kitchen was well equipped. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom is small, but clean. It was a nice bonus to have a clothes washing machine. "

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was. When we arrived there was dirty underwear, dirty bedding, full garbage bins, a huge leak in the living room, 0 toilet paper, no shampoo, soap or coffee.
