"The boat itself is great for a cozy stay. It’s nice and warm and in great condition. There are 4 single beds that are together to essentially create 2 doubles so it’s a bit cozy if you’re sharing with friends. The location is perfect as it’s just about a 10min walk from the free 24/7 ferry into the centre. Theres also plenty to see on the north side of the river. Would highly recommend this stay. "

"A lovely little studio space right on the street by a canal. (The door opens right onto the sidewalk if you’re not used to that) Awesome location for walking everywhere. Unless you’re used to the chaos of tiny roads with bikes, cars, and pedestrians going in every direction don’t even consider a car … The bathroom area is a tight space but great to have laundry. It is right on the street so if sleep is an issue bring a mask and ear plugs. Overall a good space for access to the city. "

"I stayed in Amsterdam for a few days, and this was the perfect spot to explore the city! We were within walking distance of so many sites, on a beautiful street along the canal, and had a great amount of space to spread out in the apartment. Would definitely recommend! "

"A comfortable and spacious apartment in a fantastic city. As a family of three, the apartment was great. Using the Albert Hein supermarket just 5 minutes away for grocery supplies. We travelled to Amsterdam, Delft and Gouda from here with a 20 minute walk to the train station. Sabine and Martin are fantastic hosts and have created an excellent place to stay."

"I thought that apartment was well situated, well appointed, nicely laid out, had everything we needed. I travelled with a friend. My only complaint is the sofa bed in the living room. It needs to be switched out. It was comfortable enough but looked a bit grungy and stained and was the first thing I saw when I entered the apartment. "This boathouse was perfect for my partner and I! We took public transportation into Amsterdam everyday (20 minute walk to the bus stop, then a 10 minute bus ride, then a 30 minute tram ride to city center) it was so nice to come back to a quite place right on the water afterwards to relax. The only downsides were that there were no soap in the hand soap dispensers and that the public laundry was out of order, other than that it was perfect! Thank you!"

"Wonderful hosts. Helped find a Dr. when we showed up sick and it turned out to be a very quick and easy Dr. office to go to. Helped with bags and left lots of necessities in the fridge. got back to us really quickly with any questions. Lovely view of the canal. I always wanted to stay on a canal. Grocery stores and tram lines are close. Lovely and interesting city."
