"The resort is exquisite with the largest swimming pool I have ever been in. There are several restaurants on the premises serving tasty food - but breakfast is not included. The hotel is not far from Pape’ete. The hotel only suggests taxi service although public transportation is also available. The accommodations were most comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was very comfortable, unusual and eclectic in a jungle like setting. Each lodging had a kitchenette and eating area. There were several living rooms in the hotel with original decorations. A pick up service was available to eat at a good nearby restaurant. The owner was charming and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The Sofitel is the most beautiful resort in Moorea. The beach front bungalow was a dream come true. It’s so dreamy and serene. The service was amazing, every server was more than accommodating , they welcomed us with a smile, and they treated us so well! 5 star service ! There are plenty of activities in the resort such as kayaking , paddle board, jet skis, scooter snorkeling, diving and plenty more! I love this place so much this is the second time we have made a trip out here. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. It was so difficult to leave the Sofitel! "

"We loved our stay at Cook’s Bay. Property was newly renovated and rooms were clean, modern, and spacious with a big balcony. Hotel situated on one of the best locations on the island, was very easy to get around with a car rental. Restaurant was fantastic, the best we ate at during our stay in French Polynesia. We were only planning on eating there once but ended up going for just about every meal. Pool was clean and refreshing. Reef around resort was nice too being able to see lots of colorful fish just standing on bridge to restaurant. We would definitely stay at Cooks bay again if we come back to the beautiful island of Moorea. "
