"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"The property location is perfect on the beach which is very clean. The sea is almost mirror flat and loverly to swim in. The hotel has a great vibe with adults only, no children ruining the pool environment. The staff are amazing and very helpful paying attention to your needs before you ask. The room was clean and easy to stay in with an amazing shower. (Very powerful). The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff were great at supporting us with gluten and dairy free food. "Great spot right off of the pier. Staff was great. Scooter rental right across the road. 7-11 really close to the main entrance. Great sunset view from the pool or beach. "

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. They rented a motorbike to me at a very reasonable cost. They helped me in booking a taxi in the morning back to the boat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.."

"I truly enjoyed my 3 nights at the Neptune’s Villa. I was impressed with how well the staff handled their work. They were very professional and friendly with their customers. I stayed at the bungalow. It was very nice and cleaned with no insects Breakfasts were yummy "

"I stayed here for four nights. I chose the east side of Haad rin so I was walking distance from the full moon party and I’m glad I picked this hotel, close enough to walk to the busy part but far enough to not hear a thing. I didn’t use any of the pool or food facilities as I was out and about a lot, but room was cleaned perfectly everytime I left the sign on the door. Sea view was pretty, loads of parking for people to park their scooters! "

"We loved the pool and beach bar. Excellent placement for full moon party—being about a 10 minute walk or so but far away enough to have a peaceful stay. They offer some nice additional services such as in-room massage and laundry. There was a misunderstanding around when our laundry would be done so be sure to communicate expectations around that clearly. They require a 1000 baht cash deposit."

"This “hotel” is fine if you’re coming for the full moon party and that’s about it. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. The staff however is extremely nice as it’s all a family that lives on site at property. The location is perfect for full moon party - 5 minute walk and you’re literally on the beach "

"The place is quiet and staffs are friendly. The next door restaurant is superb."

"Initial impression not good in need of some maintenance. Room appeared to be clean, but house keeping only cleans the obvious don't look under the bed. Large room comfortable firm bed. Balcony nice once floor had been cleaned. AC worked well, shower but no shower stall, plenty of hot water. It served it's purpose. Should I return I would look for other venue. Fair price."
