"The facilities and service on this cruise exceeded our expectations! The ship seems new and far nicer than the others we saw around us. Food is excellent and our butler, Nyi, is the best! Amazing bay, despite the bad luck with weather. The Surprise Cave is a wow and shouldn’t be missed."

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"Amazing hotel and staff, couldn’t do enough to help us & arranged our cruise around Halong Bay. However, hotel wasn’t in a great location for dining in the evening & we couldn’t find any veggie food in the area- not the hotel’s fault of course! (We ate in the hotel and it was lovely!)"
