"Sunny was great communicator. Provided us very timely and good information. Helped us got the limousine from the airport and to the airport. Three adults with suitcases, limousine was very convenient and her advise not to push lugguage up the hill was spot on. Unit is uphill all the way from Seoul station especially last few hundred feet. Unit could use some some more cups or mugs for tea or coffee.. Seoul station is very large with very few English signs made it very difficult to navigate."

"The location of the hotel is perfect, 3 mins walking distance to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park station exit 12, airport bus to ICN airport is right in front of the hotel.
