"This is a nice little hotel in a great location. Our room was large and comfortable. Things were clean and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. And you have your choice of a western breakfast or a Sri Lankan breakfast."

"I loved Pearl House Kandy! It was a short climb up the hill, but transport was managed well by the lovely Sri Lankan owners who listened to every comment and small complaint. It was close to town. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view over the city. Breakfast was served for a very reasonable price."

"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We can’t recommend this home too much. It certainly felt like we were at home. The room was so clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless. Our room was well appointed, entered via its own garden. We had special views across the whole valley. We hooked up to the Wi-Fi and looked for things to do but our host knew all the good things to do, he even organized a TukTuk tour with a local guide. Our tour was fantastic and such a great price. "it is the 2nd time hotels.com is selling me a place that does not exist anymore. we went to the place after calling but failing to get an answer multiple times, they said they are not open for a year. it was a terrible experience to walk all the way with the luggage at night and trying to find another available hotel was awful."

"Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy. "

"Der blev afholdt 2 store arrangementer samme dag. Det betød at vi blev vækket med høj musik allerede kl. 7.00. Da der skulle afholdes bryllup ventede vi 1 time på morgenmaden. Det viste sig at der også skulle holdes fødselsdag om aftenen - så der var høj musik til 23.15. Der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset mens vi var der, og der var ikke wifi på værelserne som der er angivet. "

"Lovely place to spend a few nights, the private waterfall/plunge pool on the estate was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and friendly, sitting out on the verandah at sunset (or any time really) was just heavenly. The only negative for me was that meals were a bit pricey"
