"We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. "Hotel staff was wonderful and accomodating, even when our reservation was "cancelled" even after the fact of maintaining contact with the front desk throughout the night, it was somehow cancelled, but the gentelman at the front desk, upon arrival was more than helpful and had managed to get things squared away where we were not inconvienced at all."
