"I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel, and I was extremely disappointed. The experience didn’t live up to the high price tag at all. First, they provided a horrible crib for our 3-month-old baby and even charged extra for what? She does not eat anything and did use any amenities which felt unnecessary. We also wanted to enjoy the spa and adult amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) on Monday morning before we are checking out only to find that they were all closed. To top it off, the massage at the spa was below average. Well I can keep listing all the things did not go well and we don’t expect anything like that from a 5 star hotel which charge 800 euros a night Even on the checkout we had issues. We did the reservation at Expedia which was already paid and they wanted to charge us again. I showed the receipt of expedia and my credit card statement and they made us more than 1 hour trying to call expedia saying they did not receive the payment. Really? They could not solve this later since it was not my fault. We had to wait a lot to solve this issue with a 3 months baby waiting. The owner Cristine did not know how to handle the situation she did not offer us a solution and she definetely does not know how to treat a client. For the price, there are definitely better options around the area. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality experience. "

"The hotel itself is wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. The staff were attentive and friendly. My only recommendations would be for the indoor pool to be warmer and for more variety for children’s dinners. "

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
