"This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. The room is spacious and has lots of storage. They have an amazing ski depot which is wonderful and the ski in and out is fantastic. Overall the...
