"The hosts were welcoming and super responsive from the point of booking and throughout our stay. There is a well equipped kitchen with some lovely extras that were there for our arrival, including fresh eggs from the farm chickens. "We had a wonderful stay on Dartmoor. It was blissfully quiet and the views and walks on your doorstep were stunning. The property was just as described and provided everything we required. We wanted to get away from the normal busy life for a week of rest along with being with nature and the outdoors. I thoroughly recommend staying here and we will definitely like to return for another holiday."

"We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "

"There was black mould in bedroom 3 and in the bathroom. This meant we had to move the bed as black mould is dangerous. The fridge was off when we arrived and took a long time to chill. There were no teaspoons. No hand towels anywhere and the bed springs had gone in 2 beds. The sheets were so old they were rough and bobbly. "This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8."
