"I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! The checked in process was incredibly quick and efficient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely dinner they hosted for guests. It was a delightful experience, showcasing not only great food but also a warm atmosphere that made it feel special. Overall, the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff stood out to us, making our stay even more enjoyable. I believe this hotel truly deserves a high rating for its excellent service and hospitality. "The surrounding area is nice and quiet, as well as walkable from the Nishi Akashi train station. The room's clean too, hotel reception staff was helpful and there is even a small shopping centre across the road. All in all, a nice biz hotel to stay in. Only con was that it's not too sound proof so i could hear someone upstairs walking back and forth. Luckily it was only for a while. "

"It’s a newly renovated room facing the sea. We have a good time here with Onsen, tea and evening lounge with drinks and snack. We will come back next time ."
