"Lovely hotel with stunning views over Salerno. Not for the faint hearted if you do t like steps, there approx 450 down the main road, half of tjis coming back is by way of an escalator, if it’s working. Breakfast was lovely around the pool, not a huge selection but enough to start the day off. Staff were really nice and helpful. "Ceramic tile, formal /classico approach to hotel culture, staff with bowties and white jackets. Rooms with ceramic tile throughout and beautiful views. Pleasantly formal and of high quality. Americans aplenty (which we are) stay here, Walkable to old town by 5 minutes. Reasonable priced valet parking. Recommend !"

Best customer service

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."
