"I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay...

"Nicest hostel I had ever seen. Really a hotel. Close to old town but far enough to be quiet. Large room and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was huge for Europe: scrambled & boiled eggs, toast, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, vegetables, pastries and sweets, fruit, milk, coffee, juice. Elevator. Few steps. Not fancy but both nice and functional. Some British school groups when we were there. "

"This place located piano area , nowhere close to any other transportation so I had to spent 35 euros for taxi . That’s my fault that I didn’t aware the area, The worst part didn’t even started yet, Shared shower room and washroom are small only hobbits can fit. "Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. Would not provide basic needs of the stay or honor their contract. Staff then said that I should owe them money for bothering them and asking for the basic necessities of a...
