"Beautiful home to celebrate the 2024 holiday season!The home is large, lots of room to move about! The location is right on the water with a dock to sit on and watch the sunset! The beach is an 8 minute walk, can easily grab a wagon and drag all your beach gear there!Right now there is a lot of construction with new homes being built, but we never heard any noise, a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is very well stocked! The balconies off of the rooms and kitchen gave a quiet place to have coffee in the morning or just hang out in the evening! The pool is beautiful, we happen to visit when it was a little bit cooler, but the rental company was gracious enough to heat the pool so we could jump in there on a couple of the days. There were tons of pool and beach equipment to use. Right off of the pool was a tiki bar and large refrigerator, only suggestion would be putting a TV in that area, it was a big football weekend! A fire pit or table also would have been a lovely addition! Lots of beach towels were available for us to use, along with flip flops if we forgot ours at home. The elevator was a bit finicky, easier just to go up the stairs, but definitely helpful with large luggage getting up to the third floor. Only other suggestion would be to put a full length mirror in the house! Any questions we had, the rental company was quick to follow up with us. They continually checked in on us during our stay! Would absolutely stay again!"

We watched dolphins swimming in the sound and enjoyed fishing off the pier. For us the only negative was the stairs, be prepared for some steep stairs. None the less, it is a great home and we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay in Navarre. Location was great; just steps to the sound and short walk to beach access. The house had everything you could need for the stay, accommodations were very clean and nice. Thanksgiving at a great beach house with friends and family doesn’t get much better."
