Drift Bay is a newly built townhouse, perfect for a relaxing beach getaway near a convenient boat ramp. Enjoy easy access to Woodlawn Beach, the Zoo, Off-site boat parking, and “The Eatery”—all just 1 mile away! We’ve thoughtfully stocked the home with cooking essentials, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Stream your favorite shows with high-speed Wi-Fi GBPS 550 on our smart TVs, or enjoy family fun with foosball and games for the kids. With stunning beaches, Crab Island, waterparks, and more nearby, your perfect vacation awaits. Book with Ronin Stays—we won’t disappoint!

The Space:
Check out this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. All rooms are located on the 2nd floor along with the full bathrooms. For convenience, a half bathroom is right off the kitchen and living space. Washer and dryer are available for use with no additional fee.

Guest Access:
You have the space to yourself. There is an electronic keypad on the front door that you will use a code to access. You will receive an access code at 1pm on the day of check-in. The garage is also available for parking and/or storage of your items during the stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street with little to no traffic. The street does a loop coming in and out of the adjoining road.
Just blocks from Highway 98, you have a quick commute in either direction to beaches, dining and shopping. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is a must see and a community boat ramp is less than 1/2mile away!

Getting Around:
There is not public transportation available. Golf Carts are not allowed on highway 98 either. You will need to make arrangements for vehicle transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, but may be limited during high tourist season.

Other Things to Note:
You have the space to yourself. There is a camera on the front of the property facing the street and on the backyard patio.

Interaction with Guests:
I primarily interact with guests on the booking app and over the phone for emergencies. I am local to the area should any issues arise.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had all the essentials to get you by until you get to the store. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Would highly recommend and we would book it again.
