"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "Very nice hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Difficult to get to with a car, but that's true for any hotel in the area. But they have a parking garage, at cost. A ground level room was all we could get because we booked late and it was a busy weekend, so it was a bit dark. But if you are in the city you don't spendmuch time in the room anyways. "

"Absolutely loved the room. Very comfortable, nice surprise of a small fridge and a safe. Small disappointment there was no in room coffee/tea machine. Also no English language options at all on tv even for Paramount or American made movies. Reception and gastropub bar staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The hotel is really well kept. The rooftop area is still a jewel not well managed. It doesn’t have a real bar, staff or heaters. Rooms are spotless and staff is pretty friendly and available for help, even though the hotel is understaff for a 4 star hotel and most of the time they only count with one employee in the front desk to solve everything for everyone. The neighborhood is great, in the middle of Granada. I would give the hotel 3 stars, not 4."
