"Great Hotel in every aspect. We have stayed here twice and loved it. Feels like home away from home. The only criticism I can think of is there was a young lady at the reception counter who delt with our check in and check out. She didn't seem very confident in here role and was rude to her offsides at the front desk who tried to help her. This added a lot of extra time to checking in and out."

"Overnight stay in Buenos Aires between flights. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating, helped to arrange for an early morning departure to the airport. The restaurant attached to the hotel is superb, definitely recommend, amazing wine selection and delicious fresh food, gourmet meals, nice view, the restaurant staff was going beyond what is expected to serve us and make our visit at the restaurant memorable experience, great thank you to all of them. The hotel room was very spacious for two of us, we liked the separate powder room, added convenience. The balcony overlooking colourful buildings of Boca. Would stay again, the only warning late at night best to take a cab downtown and not to wonder around the neighborhood by the hotel."
