Cold pool & low water pressure shower

"i was looking forward to using the however the water was cold as a frequent swimmer the water should be warmer. the shower head in the pool area was leaking and spraying everywhere. it would have been nice to enjoy a hot tub. the water pressure in the hotel room shower was not great."
