"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

"I property was good. Their restaurant was delicious. I probably would stay at a ski on and off place next time. They did have a shuttle but is off duty 11:30am and went adjusting to time change getting out early is rough. Does have beautiful view of surrounding mountains. "

"WE had a lovely stay at Good Aura. They were very accommodating with any of our requests and made the ski rental, check-in, transport to ski lift super easy. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel 3 or the 4 nights because we enjoyed the home cooked meals and it was very convenient to stay in the cozy hotel and eat and drink after a long day of skiing. My only complaint would be that the beds were very firm and we had trouble getting our room to the correct temperature overnight. Overall, I...
