You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! "Apartment was clean, pretty spacious, has everything one could need. Loved the beautiful floor tiles and bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Top! Host has provided excellent communication, fast responses. Gate remote battery for empty in middle of stay. Host provided replacement in lockbox the next morning, that was great. Playa Santa is not what it used to anymore. Abandoned buildings, trash everywhere including beach, we wouldn't stay there again only due to location but...

"The property was nice with a pool, pool table and access to grills. The only thing that would have made the stay better is full place settings to accommodate the number of people able to stay at the property. There were not enough bowls or plates for everyone to be able to eat at the same time. We did make it work, but it would have been better with more place settings. "
