"The house is very large on the outskirts of Lucca part way up a hillside in a forested setting, about 10 minutes from the Lucca wall. We enjoyed our two week stay there. The contact, Andrea, met us at the house, and explained every aspect of the property. And he checked in with us in person and by phone several times during our stay. "Had a wonderful 6 night stay at this lovely, spacious house with plenty of space for our group of 11. The house has amazing gardens with beautiful views and is in a lovely quiet location. We didn't want to drive and used the bus service from the village to go to Lucca, around a 15 mins journey. The host, Fiona, is fantastic and easy to communicate with. It was comfortably and stylishly furnished and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was an induction compatible coffee maker - which the gracious property owner hand-delivered to us!
