"This Pinzale was perfect for us! We were a group of 17 - nine kids age 4 – 13 and eight adults age 42 – 73. We gathered in Tuscany for a family reunion / 50th wedding anniversary. "We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"The farmhouse is a simple nice property with wonderful views and host. We loved the authentic Tuscany feeling it offered. Although it was too cool to use the pool during our stay it appeared clean and well kept. There are several cats that liked to come visit us during our stay, being animal lovers we didn't mind. The apartment is not full of amenities but has everything you need, very comfortable and cute. The host was so nice, helpful, and very sweet.. he brought us fresh eggs for breakfast....

During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. We zijn meer dan gastvrij ontvangen door Maria en familie, en voor ieder probleem of vraag van onze kant werd een oplossing gezocht. Heel fijn! De ligging, het zwembad en de kattenfamilie vonden wij andere pré’s. Ook werden we verwend met vijgen, bramen en citroenen uit eigen boomgaard. "The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 7. We were very disappointed with the lack of thought in the details. For example, there was NO hand soap, no dish soap, no sponge, and not even a garbage bag for trash. We were incredibly upset that after our 7 hour drive we had to go to the store for very basic amenities. And it wasn't as if the apartment was cheap. Rather we had payed quite a bit for the space so it would have been nice to have some basics upon arrival....

"We had a fantastic stay at I Gelsi. Very big and comfortable house with stunning views over Tuscany. The pool was also very welcome in the heat. Federica was an excellent host. We even went paragliding which was amazing. Would love to go back one day!!"
