There is a fabulous bakery and also an amazing restaurant within a few minutes drive. The property owners and hosts, Jose and Christine, are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They were always available to answer every silly question I had, and were invaluable...

"The house is in a residential part of La Parguera, about a 15 min [not very picaresque] walk from main drag. It’s a quiet, very clean, spacious home, and the owner is friendly and helpful. Only complaint we had was the check in process- not sure if the error was on part of owner or VRBO, but apparently there was some confusion on owner’s part about check in date or something. Anyway, we did not get communications from owner, including access instructions, until after we had to contact him...

"Dirt road could have been better explained or I wouldn't have rented the mustang!!! Host was very attentive. Property was AMAZING. will be coming back for sure. Only complaint was the drive in and the road, BUT definitely .... definitely worth it. "

"Javier’s property is a little gem in the Guayanilla Playa neighborhood. You can tell all the effort that he has put in on making sure the house is immaculate and that theirs guests have everything they need to enjoy the area beaches. He even got a beach umbrella for us! Javier is a great host, immediately answering any questions that we had, and giving us information about the area, so that we could make the most out of our stay. We loved having breakfast in the terrace every morning. The air...

"This is a wonderful little house on top of a hill. The view is breathtaking. It's a curvy road to get here but it's definitely worth it. We cooked dinner in the spacious kitchen (for such a small house) looking out at the mountains. The appliances are modern and functional. The place is modern, well decorated and relaxing. The deck is a nice place to sit and read a book. There is a fire pit and wood was provided. We relaxed for a few hours in the hot tub and cooked some steak in the gas grill....

"Property is as described on VRBO. Good accomodation, clean, well furnished and equipped. Lovely garden with iguana visiting daily. Boqueron town is fun, some very good restaurants and a great beach. There are excellent beaches at Buye, Combate and east of Guanica which are also close by. We stayed for a month and that was too short. We explored the major towns and resorts of Puerto Rico and Boqueron came out top."

"Very close walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Owner provides great recommendations. Wish we had more time to try it all. But it was a quick trip with a lot of excursions. Loved the jacuzzi, very relaxing. I can imagine that you can see the sunset from the ocean view side. Great to have a parking spot. There was a lot of space in the apartment. Comes with beach chairs to take to the beach. "
