"Lovely home with everything provided. Loved that it had a gate and we could park the car inside. And what a surprise when we opened the back door and there was a covered patio! Ceiling fans in every room and each bedroom had an air conditioner. Short walk to La Parguera. Our host was great, returning my text messages promptly. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again."

"We needed somewhere quiet and off the beaten path to stay and this was just that. That said, it is still close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants and a short drive to beaches such as Boqueron and Combate.The house itself is pretty well provisioned. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of workspace but you can prepare meals there without too many issues. Laundry is downstairs and there is lots of space for drying or you can use the dryer.Maria was very good at got back to us as soon as she could...

"Our family visiting from Texas and some of our locals’ stayed over to avoid the noises from NYE and have a pleasant overlooking at the sea. Casa Ballena didn’t disappoint. "It is in a remote area near El Faro (the lighthouse) in Cabo Rojo. You will have the beach for yourself, and the house is fantastic. It has all amenities needed, and very nicely appointed with great cooking equipment, linens, furniture, etc. Also, several beach chairs, cooler, and beach necessities. The property manager was highly responsive and professional. "

"Although the neighborhood and surroundings were run down and sketchy, we had a terrific stay!The interior is well decorated. Made us feel cozy and safe. The Roosters and Dogs were at it all night and day. But, that seems to be the happening throughout the entire islands. It was definitely worth the price. Thank you so much!"

"This property was surrounded by tropical trees. The location is about 30 minutes drive to Cabo Rojo. The house has everything that you needed, they thought of everything! Plenty of space for our party of 8. Air-condition in each bedroom and lots of windows to enjoy the tropical breeze in the livingroom. The rooms were spacious, clean and the house smells good. The large rooftop area was amazing with the hot tub, chairs, space to play and hangout ovelooking the trees. Would definitely stay here...

"Clean, well appointed house in Boqueron! The beds were comfortable, and so were the couches that we occasionally used for sleeping. Enough bathrooms with showers for everyone. The pool area is excellent for a family with kids!! There is a shallow section for little ones and a large enough deeper section with a waterfall that was fun for all ages! Maria was a fantastic host. A key broke when we arrived and she was able to replace it quickly! It is easy to use the house for two different families...

"The site says family apartment, the truth is, a master bedroom, with bath and some complements. But nice. I had an accident in the bathroon with a screw, that was very bad. Enough space in the back yard to do some activities, but not enogh chairs and tabkes and the pool is little. But I had a good time with my family anyways. "
