"This was a nice sized house for our family. It had a decent kitchen, and a nice outdoor area in the back. But the location was the best part of this stay. It was less than a five minute walk to the bay for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. It was also only a ten minute drive or so to get to a grocery store. The owners were also super responsive. It was a great stay for our family!"

"We had to travel last minute emergency to Puerto Rico..we found this place close by where we had to be for a couple days.. will not disappoint you. The property was very clean spotless inside and outside quiet neighborhood by the beach. Bakery was 5 minutes away which had anything else you might need. Will stay again thank you for having us."

"We needed somewhere quiet and off the beaten path to stay and this was just that. That said, it is still close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants and a short drive to beaches such as Boqueron and Combate.The house itself is pretty well provisioned. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of workspace but you can prepare meals there without too many issues. Laundry is downstairs and there is lots of space for drying or you can use the dryer.Maria was very good at got back to us as soon as she could...

"Our family visiting from Texas and some of our locals’ stayed over to avoid the noises from NYE and have a pleasant overlooking at the sea. Casa Ballena didn’t disappoint. Starting with the quietness of the community, the gorgeous views, the lush landscape and well appointed interiors felt truly special. "The property is great for a large family. It needs some TLC but overall the owner was very responsive to the issues we encountered. The generator did kick in a few times as the power was spotty. Not a great place if you are planning to work as the wifi was hit & miss but overall a great spot for large family."

"The site says family apartment, the truth is, a master bedroom, with bath and some complements. But nice. I had an accident in the bathroon with a screw, that was very bad. Enough space in the back yard to do some activities, but not enogh chairs and tabkes and the pool is little. But I had a good time with my family anyways. "
