"Please improve the signage. There are no signs to guide you to your Tower if you drive. (Outside signs). Same for breakfast. No signs on the food. You have to lift every lid and guess what juice it is. Nice stay otherwise. "

"Hands down one of the best places to stay in Puerto Rico. Have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Gorgeous property, safe, clean, and relaxing with all the amenities. Enjoyed the pools, swimming and snorkeling in the ocean just outside the hotel room, rented kayaks, ate at the restaurant. Staff is friendly and helpful. Once we get here we don’t leave! Can’t wait till the next time! #copalife!"

"The front desk staff was welcoming and provided excellent assistance during our stay. However, the elevator presented some challenges due to its limited capacity of only two people, which made it quite small. This caused concern for my mother, who felt uncomfortable using it and opted to take the stairs each time instead. Additionally, it was quite disheartening to see the hotel owner park their car in the handicapped spot in the parking lot, which was inappropriate and disappointing to witness."
