"overall we has a pleasant experience. The reception was good. Li Mann was very helpful with shopping guidance. The air conditioning cannot be controlled. It was a bit too warm for us in the early evening but the room did get cooler closer to morning. The shower head was a bit slow and the room is not big but the price and service made up for any deficit."
