"Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by. "hotel room is a bit old but conformable and clean. Staffs are friendly. Door bellman doesn't know the restaurants around the area. Day arrived was cold but air-condition didn't have heat. I asked for a portable heat but it didn't work. Breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"When we checked in, the room we were assigned was a non-smoking room on non-smoking floor. However, the last tenants likely smoked heavily and the room was full of smell when we stepped in. "This hotel is located in Luohu, the older part of SZ. But the location is fantastic as the hotel is just next to the malls and there are plenty of dining options. The room is spacious but abit dated. Upon check in, we found that the day curtains were torn with two holes which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Had informed front desk during check out. "
