"THE COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS WICKER PATIO FURNITURE. THE PADDING WAS 3" AND FELT LIKE SITTING ON NOTHING. THE CUSHIONS WERE STAINED AND DID NOT EXTEND TO THE TOP OF THE THE BACK REST. IT WAS ALSO IN SECTIONS, SO IF YOU ATTEMPTED TO LAY DOWN IT WOULD SEPARATE. THE WORST BED BUG INFESTATION I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HAD TO VISIT THE CLINIC IN MAYAGUEZ AFTER BEING BITTEN SO MANY TIMES BY DAY 2. I THOUGHT IT WAS MOSQUITOS OR EVEN ANTS BUT THE CLINIC CONFIRMED IT WAS BED BUGS. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS...

"Everything was great, views are beautiful and host is very responsive and attentive! My only issue was the electricity went out all day on New Year’s Eve and there was no generator or back up solars as per locals it’s a common problem in the island since Hurricane Maria. That was the only day that was a bit harsh for us, we ended up staying at family’s house that day because they had solars to accommodate for when the electricity goes. "Everything you could possibly need is in the condo. The owner responds immediately to any texts or calls. The condo is situated in a place that makes it easy access to just about anywhere you want to go."

"Quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service but the owner arranged for another parking space which eliminated walking up two flights of stairs. "We have been to Puerto Rico 12 times and this is the best condo we have stayed in! We were there for two weeks with no issues. Great views, amazing balconies, great beds and high quality furniture. Tastefully decorated, fully-stocked. Security is great, easy to get in and out, great location, sunbathing choices on beach, at pool, or your private balcony. The two levels make it ideal for two couples also. We will not stay anywhere else."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Quiet community pool was nice. We started following cars parked and people walking from the beach. About a 2 mile walk to the most beautiful secluded beach I've ever been to. Close to a quaint little town with good restaurants (Annies) and another beautiful beach. The house was just what we needed for the 4 of us for a few nights as we were exploring the island over the week of our stay. "

"Great location above Crashboat Beach. Very well maintained condo complex. Loved the pool and outdoor barbecue. The uinit itself is a little dated, but otherwise fine."

"Delightful apartment in a terrific location. Two minute walk to the ocean, and a short drive to popular beaches. Refreshing to be away from the fray, but close to some great dining spots and wonderful day trips to historic and scenic vistas."

"Highly recommend this property! The owner Raul was extremely welcoming and very nice, unit was very clean and comfortable for the family. The property was well kept and the pool area was relaxing with grills ready if needed. We enjoy and definitely returning!"
