"THE COUCH IN THE LIVING ROOM WAS WICKER PATIO FURNITURE. THE PADDING WAS 3" AND FELT LIKE SITTING ON NOTHING. THE CUSHIONS WERE STAINED AND DID NOT EXTEND TO THE TOP OF THE THE BACK REST. "Overall, this was a fantastic steal of a deal for our family of five! You cannot get a better view and feel than this - the condo directly faces the ocean, so you see and hear and feel it all: the sunsets, the waves, the breeze. There is a very nice little beach (a hidden gem!) a very short walk away - we loved spending evenings there. As for the condo itself, it can definitely use some upgrades. "The location of the condo is literally at the end of the road on the Southwest corner of the island. The view from the 3rd floor unit is incredible with waterviews from every window. With the shutters open on all three sides we had no need for AC despite the 90 degree temps outside. We enjoyed being away from it all, but still so close to many beautiful beaches, waterfalls, trails, gorgeous viewpoints, a bioluminescent bay and great restaurants.
