"Fantastic villa and hosts. The care and pride of ownership came through. The outside garden was wonderful.The best tomatoes ever tasted! Bedroom location is excellent for 2-3 couples. Upper sun deck is a magical place with a G&T and garden lemon watching the sun set. Villa excellently equipped, all appliances bedding, beds were of a high quality.Would certainly recommend."

"Initially we thought the photographs showed the property in a better light than upon inspection. However this feeling wore off during our stay. The heated pool was great, although the manual cover was a bit of a pain to pull over each night. "This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. Very manageable, but if you struggle then there are plenty of taxis around for a lift back up (7 Euros). Lovely area - very spanish which was great. Almunicar is a 20 min walk along the beach front. "First of all the welcome was perfect. Nicky met us at Castell de Ferro and guided us through the winding roads to the Villa. The house itself was huge and very well presented. With 5 spacious bedrooms and almost as many bathrooms. The children loved exploring every bit of it. In terms of amenities, the house is very well equipped had everything our family needed. There was even an extra fridge freezer in the laundry room (in case we got too carried away with our shopping). Entertainment wise...

"Amazing location, very clean, everything you need is there. The veiws are more amazing then you can tell from photos. Car required as you cant get an uber from there, but can uber to there. Very friendly owner, cant ask for more! 10/10"

"The villa was fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the views were awesome. Plenty of places to visit locally, and Almunecar was a very nice town. Antonio met us on arrival and showed us around, and explained how everything worked. Excellent welcome pack, the best we have ever had. All in all we had a very enjoyable week. "

"The first thing we noticed was the stunning view over the sea and mountains, it really is fully 180 degrees. "Loved the house. The garden is magical and the pool stunning, lots of lovely places to sit and eat outside. I especially liked my room at the end with the onsuite bathroom, gorgeous decor and tiles. This accomadation was perfect, the children took the main area and we could hide away in the private fully equipt flat if we needed space. "We had a great week here, the house has everything you need, set in beautiful gardens and with amazing views. Peter is a lovely host. We would definitely recommend this place and would love come back some day. Orgiva is a very friendly town. We would recommend Baraka and Pizza N Love for food and also Nur Bakery for bread and amazing cakes"

Nice Hotel with Lovely Views & Staff

"Had a really lovely stay at the Arrayanes Plays Hotel. The room was great with a really comfortable bed. The balcony provided a beautiful view across the bay with amazing sunrises. The pool was a good size with great views too. The staff were very friendly & helpful throughout my stsy"

Very good value

"Really good value for money room was good size with a nice balcony looking over gardens to the sea. Very clean, nice linen ,good walk in shower , fridge and safe. Breakfast was included, and was better than expected, buffet style with good selection of hot and cold choices , plenty to eat. Pool was closed as we were there in October although it was pretty hot and we saw no sign of the bar/snack bar but there was plenty in the town so no matter. Well located 10 mins from the old town and 10 to 15 mins to the beach All in all a good value choice for a couple of nights "
