"This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. Very manageable, but if you struggle then there are plenty of taxis around for a lift back up (7 Euros). Lovely area - very spanish which was great. Almunicar is a 20 min walk along the beach front. "The first thing we noticed was the stunning view over the sea and mountains, it really is fully 180 degrees. "Initially we thought the photographs showed the property in a better light than upon inspection. However this feeling wore off during our stay. The heated pool was great, although the manual cover was a bit of a pain to pull over each night. Didn’t use the hot tub or the sauna, more than happy to lay outside in the sunshine with occasional dips into the pool. However, some of the sun beds need replacing, the webbing has stretched to the extent that your back is resting on the metal support bars...

"The villa was fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the views were awesome. Plenty of places to visit locally, and Almunecar was a very nice town. Antonio met us on arrival and showed us around, and explained how everything worked. Excellent welcome pack, the best we have ever had. All in all we had a very enjoyable week. "

"This is a very nice property in a wonderful position. Everything worked as it should and the host was very helpful. The urbanisation is very well kept and the communal pool area is a very nice addition. Whilst the property could do with a little bit of updating here and there, we really have no complaints at all and would recommend it as a great place to stay."

"Wij zijn een week geweest met een paar vrienden en hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het enige waar je rekening moet houden is dat de grote supermarkten wat verder rijden zijn. Verder was het uitzicht prachtig en de omgeving erg rustgevend. Het verblijf in de villa was top, van alle gemakken voorzien en fijn informeel contact met de eigenaren. Zeker de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan."

We had 4 in our party 1 couple and 2 singles .. the pictures really don’t do the property justice and the value for money was outstanding!! We would definitely go again ..!!! Loved everything about it!! And the area was soo beautiful and Very Spanish.. definite bonus .. the host Sgur was extremely helpful and the house manager Graham was excellent at his job and extremely friendly!! "

"A fantastic villa situated in a very quiet location. We travelled as a family with two adults and three teenagers. This accomadation was perfect, the children took the main area and we could hide away in the private fully equipt flat if we needed space. "Fantastic property with amazing views of the bay below. Lovely outdoor terrace area with good sized pool and BBQ. The interior is beautiful with very well equipped kitchen and living areas (our teenage son loved the gym and the home cinema set-up!). Cotobro beach is accessed via steep steps from the property and Almuñecar is a 25 min walk. Host was really helpful prior to our arrival and Esperanza was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a family...

"Loved the house. The garden is magical and the pool stunning, lots of lovely places to sit and eat outside. I especially liked my room at the end with the onsuite bathroom, gorgeous decor and tiles. Only one issue which is the 2 central bedrooms were abit too hot at night, aircon in those would really help.. would book again. Maybe the dark blue doesn’t help? "
