"Great place and location to hit trails. Nice house. Amenities were great. We had 11 in our party staying at this house and 10 more staying in the cabins at Wilmore Dam. We had 12 side by sides and 6 were at this house. The only issue was parking. Thankfully with half our party at the cabins at Wilmore Dam, we were able to leave all our trailers and trucks there and just take 1 truck and the side by sides to the house. "It was clean. Plenty of room. The only thing I’d change would be to put TVs in each bedroom because the only TV is in the living room and with kids it would have been nice it they had a tv in the bedroom. "

"I’m usually against VRBOs because staying at a hotel is fairly easy but with a new baby and a dog it’s hard to find a quiet hotel anywhere. This place was absolutely amazing. Perfect for everything we need, the hosts were very attentive to our needs and requests, the space was beautiful, and the views were even better. If you happen to pass through or are visiting make sure to stay here. I know my family will be back soon. "

"Nice spacious home with many amenities. Great location to trails. Quiet neighborhood - no loud road noise as we have experienced at other properties. Only issues were: I could not get the front door to bolt when we left, even after following instructions. And could have used a few more towels, especially in the kitchen. Also, please advise other guests if they need to provide blankets. I typically always carry a few thankfully. Loved the amount of space in the house for relaxing and for eating...

"We can’t say enough good things about this place.! There is everything you need to stay! Upon our arrival there was a delicious treat to welcome us with. They had everything we could possibly need from dishes, coffee, to toiletries. Beds were super comfy which is something we always wonder about when we stay somewhere and lots of blankets too! "Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. "
