"Scott was excellent at communication when a problem occurred. He even let us arrive a night early with no charge to beat the snow. We enjoyed a snowy weekend! The campus was beautiful blanketed in snow and my boys enjoyed burgers on the grill when Clurg and restaurants were closed. Thank you Scott!"

"I can’t say enough about the property manager. We were confused about the 2 Deer Lick Falls neighborhoods. She stayed on the phone with us until we found our place. At 7:30 the next morning, she showed up with k-cups because we arrived expecting regular coffee equipment. We did not catch her name, but she was the best!"

"Great place to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. Kayaking/canoeing on the river, fire pit in the evenings, games for anyone who wanted to play. Location close to downtown Chattanooga or several good hiking areas. Hosts met us at the cabin to show us property"

"We had a nice, peaceful stay! We’ll be back someday! Bed was very comfortable, but did squeak a little when getting off the bed. Not enough to bother us. Someone mentioned bugs in a review, and we almost didn’t book, but it was mostly a few ladybugs! If you live in TN, every house has them! And the house is in the woods, so you’ll probably see a few bugs! The host was quick to respond and answer any questions, but leaves you alone and doesn’t bother you! We liked that!"

"Hillside Have provided us with perfect place to relax just after our 50th wedding anniversary and celebration. The nicely furnished , well decorated abode in the midst of natural surroundings and incredible landscaping plus abundant amenities was quite enjoyable! A soft breeze while sitting in the swing at sunset was the prefect setting for planning some future trips. We are sure Hillside Haven will be a return spot for us! 10 out of 10 rating as it exceeded or expectations."

"Highly recommend this cabin. Have stayed at several cabins in NC and TN, this one was super clean, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Would have loved to stay longer. Driveway is a bit steep for regular cars, our Jeep had no problem though. Amazing patio, perfect for grilling or relaxing."

"Stayed here for Lessons & Carols with my husband, son & DIL. It was perfect…so much room, very confirtable and a great location. You can’t beat a sunset at The Cross! We will definitely stay here again. "
