"We stayed for 1 week 20th - 27th December 2024 and had a family room (2 adults & 2 kids - 11yrs and 14yrs). The room was fairly tight but we did all squeeze in. The kids shared a double sofa bed and the mattress was just about ok for them comfort wise. The shower was powerful and hot. The hotel location was perfect, quick walk into the centre and well positioned for all the tour pick up points. Breakfast provided a big range of options and whist it looked freshly prepared, all of the 'hot' food was cold, luke warn at best. We did opt to eat one evening meal in the restaurant but £196 for 4 of us and the 'hot' food was stone cold yet again. If they can improve the food, this would be a 5 star hotel for a trip to Tromso"

"Beds extremely comfy, very stressful being at breakfast due to the sheer amount of people, no tables and just people waiting or people sharing tables. Definitely not ideal. Overall though the hotel was a convenient location and was close to everything you'd need for a trip to Tromso. Room was a good size, we stayed for a week and were comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and the heated floor was a wonderful addition. We would come back but not sure we'd do the same time of the year due to the extreme amount of tourists in the area."

"This property is a hidden gem in City Center, very close to all the attractions, restaurants, with a large indoor hotel within the Vander property. Staff is very courteous and they go above and beyond to help people out, patiently. Vander also tours, outstanding Wi-Fi access, free luggage room, and convenient stores within a few feet. I strongly recommend this place for stays more than 5 days to a week."

"Quality Hotel SAGA had a clean room, lots of outlets, rooms were a nice size, staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free bountiful and delicious. Hotel was close to all tours and lots of restaurants. We had a fabulous stay!"
