"Wow! Where do I begin! I personally want to give praise to Lynn Parker for her impeccable customer service she provided to my family and I last night! We checked in for a staycation and this surpassed any home away from home that I could ever imagine. She upgraded our room to not just any room but the presidential suite! We had no idea what we were walking into and our mouths dropped as soon as we opened the door. The views from that suite were breathtaking and the spaciousness was unbelievable. I felt like a queen and this was done out of the goodness of her heart. Thank you so much for granting us that experience! We are forever grateful and you have made our month. We will always come back to the Fox Tower, she has won over new repeat customers! Thank you so much again. "

"Good coffee (which is rare) and plentiful breakfast. Although chilly outside, always nice stepping through those warm doors. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the only place we will stay in Groton."

"This hotel is currently going through a major renovation throughout the building. As the renovation is clearly improving the hotel, I personally had no issue with it. But many people have issues with renovations during their stay. I honored my original reservation because the hotel immediately sent me e-mail informing me about the renovation during my stay."
