"On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. "We were so impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and accommodating attitude - we actually wished we had booked a longer stay. Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. "I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"We booked an overnight stay after travelling from Weidach to catch an early morning flight from Innsbruck airport. It was beyond all expectations and the best railway hotel I've ever been to. The view from the upper floors is spectacular. We were just ordinary travellers, but thoughtfully provided with sparkling water a a bottle of prosecco at no charge. The 12th floor bar as recommended by "The Times" was buzzy. Just 10 minutes walk from the old tow. Really praiseworthy."

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...
