"The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. The so called restaurant and bar opened at 7pm and only offers three varieties of pizza - as soon as you had eaten it was closed and you were told to sit in the lobby. Scruffy individuals were...

"Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). "All we could have expected. A spacious, airy room with a nice enough view. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent restaurant with lots of outdoor tables, except it’s closed Sunday & Monday. Fortunately there are alternatives, and Miltenberg is walking distance too. "

"The property was very clean. I didn't like the fact I'm from Philadelphia, Pa and was unable to change the language on the television. Every channel was on Germany, which i understand but there still should be an option to change to English "
