"Wir waren im Großen und Ganzem zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Check in gestaltete sich etwas problematisch, da der Code nicht der richtige für den Schlüsselkasten war, die Vermieterin war aber sofort hilfsbereit am Telefon. Leider war in der Wohnung, keine warme Heizung im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer ging ein Fenster nicht so zu, dass man es hätte abschließen können, so war die ganze Zeit kalte Luft „Zugwind“ wenn man auf der Couch gesessen hat. Das WLAN Passwort war ebenfalls das falsche....

Die Kommunikation mit Frau Glowa hat reibungslos geklappt und war sehr freundlich. Frau Glowa war sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. "

The owner (Gisele) and her daughter (Nicole) were super responsive to our questions/communications and we even returned to this property for an additional four nights during our visit to Germany.
