"The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it. "

"One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. "Lovely surroundings and pleasant room. A little confusion over room type (twin beds booked - but it was quickly resolved) and dinner (you have to give notice that you want to eat there - but again, this was resolved and we were able to get an evening meal) The pool was available and as described which was nice. "Picture Butlins in the 70s, the place was like a childrens camp some form of PGL maybe. It was really weird the owners have an obsession with gnomes, bunting and hand painted animal signs. The land in which it is situated is flat and not much to do around (locally). The pools were very nice but have changed somewhat since the pictures were taken for expedia. I would not stay here it is geared up for the Italian family market not Couples. The rooms were odd our room had a little cooker and sink...

"We enjoyed staying here. It was very relaxing. However, we were asked to pay extra at checkout for “bianchieri” (white things, meaning towels and sheets). This was not in the terms for this hotel and we were not asked if we need them or informed in advance about the additional charge. I thought it was rather tacky to ask for that at the end of a pleasant stay. I refused to pay it and the staff did not insist but it left a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise lovely stay. "
