"My stay was the Frederick Stearns was amazing!! My room was clean and Rachel the owner was very responsive to anything I needed. The location was convenient to get to anything downtown. Literally took less than 10 mins to drive to all the action downtown. My only criticisms are that i wish the actual breakfast provided for the B&B had a little more. "Our room was spacious and clean. The parking spot was right next to our room. The inn's location is nice, close to downtown. Founders Brewing is also close by. We felt safe. The icing on the cake was Mona's hospitality. She was always available and willing to please. Her breakfasts were delicious. Lots to do in Detroit. We'll be back."

"We had a party of 14 to include elderly. The house was perfect. We had access to both units upstairs and downstairs as well as the pub in the basement. Plenty of room for all. Very spacious and comfortable. The home is very old which adds charm and lots of character. The beds were very comfortable. Everyone in my group was well pleased with their stay. The area is also very nice. "

"My family and I were looking for somewhere near Grosse Point for one of our longest running Christmas traditions since the passing of our grandmother - she always hosted, so we no longer have a place to gather! This home was perfect for every one of us and being able to have two kitchens was super convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and great with communication. "
