"It's an overpriced hotel in the middle of nowhere."

"Nice hotel, very smart. Very central for hbf and clean. Good breakfast. Two issues for me is that they wouldn't check me in before 3 pm when the hotel was clearly half empty and two an interconnecting room door wasnt locked, so a tennant of the next room walked in while I was taking a shower. Massive security and privacy breach, which was just shrugged off. They did lock the door after that though."

"What a find - a hotel in a working convent that used to be a palace! Breakfast nice, dinner excellent. Good choice of wines and beer. Room spotlessly clean, nice size. Grounds beautifully kept. Lovely long walking trails in the woods behind the convent. Plenty of safe parking. Very tranquil, absolutely top class, and at a very fair price. This is the second time I have stayed there, and will do so again. "

"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "
