"Lovely hotel, very modern and cosy. Next to the subway that goes to central Rotterdam. We had a 3 bedroom room which was great and spacious. I am originally from that area and was visiting my parents so know the area well. The hotel garage apparently had to be booked beforehand. I was nervous about leaving my car outside due to the area being higher in crime. Also there are lots of parking restrictions but with my blue badge this didn't apply to me. "Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I think they could have done a bit more to compensate. All they gave me was a free drink coupon, when I was expecting like a voucher toward a future trip."
