"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

"We absolutely loved this place. It was cosy, comfortable, wonderful people who run it. We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. If we hadn’t had our next accommodation booked we would have love to stay longer. Breakfast is lovely, pool towel, gowns and flip flops provided. "Danilo was exceptional. The villa is stunning. If you want a Lake Como vibe you must choose this villa to stay in. Gardens are amazing, it has it's own beach so you can enjoy and is close to restaurants and other towns. Only 14 minute drive to Bellagio. The room was perfect, comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom both with balconies overlooking the lake. It was marvelous! The breakfast provided in the mornings is also delicious with fresh ingredients. Thanks Danilo for such a great stay."

"Giovanna put everything in place for us to enjoy our stay at San Lorenzo and in Bergamo. Instructions were clear. San Lorenzo is near Piazza Vecchia and it is easy to walk to all the places in the Citta' Alta. The room itself also made for a happy stay. "

"In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "
